Remote Coaching for Training and Empowering Athlete Moms (T.E.A.M)

During my pregnancy and postpartum training I wish I could have had someone to talk with who truly understood what I was going through. It was more than knowing which movements to do, but it was understanding the how and why. What I needed was someone on MY team in addition to my coach, doctors, and husband who could help guide me through this season of my athleticism.

While I did not have that opportunity, I would love to be that person for you. A committed member of YOUR team not only training you with movement modifications but empowering you with strategies and education that will set you up for long term strength and function.

This package is a 4 week commitment to YOU.

This is for moms who want to still attend their current gym or programming but need additional guidance and support to ensure what you are doing is safe, considering symptoms, and helps prepare for the postpartum return and/or return to the gym after baby.

I create individualized strategies based on your goals, performance, and unique considerations to help set you up for long term strength and function.

This is for moms who are unsure how to still workout in a way that supports their goals and their transition through motherhood, whether that's during pregnancy or postpartum.

I provide two options:

Option 1: $197 for 4 weeks of Remote Coaching Support:

  • 4 weeks of individualized support

  • 1 - 60 minute virtual face to face ZOOM calls or in person consult

  • Adjustments to existing programming individualized for you based on your goals, needs, and unique considerations

  • Movements, strategies, and mindset support and education so that you can continue to workout in a way that meets you where you are both physically and emotionally

  • Communicate once per week via email to check in with how you’re feeling, what questions you have, and assess video as needed.

Option 2: $297 for 4 weeks of Remote Coaching Support

  • 4 weeks of individualized support

  • 1- 60 minute virtual face to face ZOOM call or in person consult

  • Adjustments to existing programming individualized for you based on your goals, needs, and unique considerations (such as pregnancy, postpartum, Diastasis Recti, prolapse, pelvic pain, or incontinence.)

  • Learn and utilize strategies and movements that will educate and support you so that you can continue to workout in a way that meets you where you are both physically and emotionally but leaving you empowered to progress training to support long term strength, function, and performance.

  • Private FaceBook group to post unlimited videos for analysis and assessment, 24 hour response to questions, and anything else you want to discuss!

  • Additional monthly accessory programming delivered as needed via True Coach app for:

    • Glutes

    • Core

    • Pullups

    • And More!

    This is the program I wish I had as a pregnant and postpartum athlete! Being able to move with confidence is a huge piece of the healing process and getting you set up for long term strength, function, and performance!
