Pregnancy and postpartum can be hard to navigate as an athlete. I’ve been there and can help guide you through this season.

Questions about movement, mindset, diastasis, prolapse, leaking… I’m here for you.

First I’ll send a health questionnaire so that I can be prepared for our conversation. We talk about your concerns, goals, and questions you have.

We may do assessments, go through movements, strategies, or just talk to set up an action plan. This is for YOU and how I can best help you navigate this season.
