I help moms navigate pregnancy and postpartum fitness with individualized strategies that build long term strength and function.
As a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, I am committed to helping YOU reach your goals through strategy, intentional movement, and education. I want you to be EMPOWERED to take back control of your life and no longer accept that just because you had children that you have to leak, endure back pain, or feel lost and alone as you try to navigate these chapters.
There is generally not a one size fits all Pre-or Post Natal strategy or program. As an athlete, woman, teenager, pregnant mama, new mom, grandma- YOUR goals, passions, and symptoms should be taken into account to meet YOU where you are and to help set you up for long term success, strength, and function.
As a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach I am able to apply individual strategies based on your unique considerations. Want to know how to navigate CrossFit during pregnancy or when and how to return after baby? Need help with regaining strength so that you can run, jump, and laugh with your kids?
