TUFF Moms: Postpartum Athlete Foundations Virtual Program (Coming Soon)


Don’t live near Greeley? Can’t commit to a class time or in person sessions every week? This program may be right for you.

In an effort to provide better education, support and guidance as you navigate pregnancy and postpartum fitness, or rebuild strength and function in any season of life, I am offering an online training program that will help start to rebuild and restore the foundation for balance, strength, and function. We will also learn strategies that can be beneficial in helping you learn how to manage prolapse, incontinence, and diastasis recti.

This program will give you the tools you need to start progressively working towards your goals- whether that’s getting back to CrossFit, adding intensity back into HIIT classes, getting back to Mommy Bootcamps, or jumping, playing, and running with your kids.

  • I recommend working with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist prior to returning to exercise postpartum.

  • Must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by physician or midwife.

You will receive:

  • 1 - 8 week DIY style foundations program delivered via TrueCoach for 8 weeks with access to a PDF forever.

  • A resource document with information, resources, and strategies to help guide you through this season.

  • 2 workouts each week programmed and specifically designed for you over an 8 week timeframe

  • Videos of movements with suggestions on regressions/progressions

  • Option to addon 1:1 coaching that includes video assessments, regressions/progressions, and Unlimited communication via email

  • Bonus conditioning workouts

  • Availability to add on programming**
