Hi my name is Kate!
I help moms like you navigate pregnancy and postpartum fitness using individualized strategies that build long term strength, function, and performance.
As a CrossFit and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, I am committed to helping YOU reach your goals through strategy, intentional movement, and education. I LOVE working with expecting and new mamas so that YOU are EDUCATED, SUPPORTED, and EMPOWERED through this season of our lives. I an here to help guide you and advocate with you. As women, we no longer gave to accept that just because we’ve had children that we have to leak, feel confusion about our diastasis recti, endure back pain, or feel lost and alone as we try to navigate these evolving chapters.
There is generally not a one size fits all Pre-or Post Natal strategy or program. As an athlete, woman, teenager, pregnant mama, new mom, grandma- YOUR goals, passions, and symptoms should be taken into account to meet YOU where you are and to help set you up for long term success, strength, and function. I believe in creating individual programs that support and empower athletes so that we can continue to support ourselves NOW as pregnant athletes and LATER for our postpartum return.
As a CrossFit and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach I am able to apply individual strategies based on your unique considerations. I’ve helped regionals level athletes, Olympic weightlifters, to moms who just want to lift their children- regain confidence, rebuild their foundation, recover function, and ultimately help them live a life that meets their lifestyle demands.
