Join CrossFit Trainer and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Kate Johnson at the Balanced Movement studio in Greeley, Colorado for a Core and Pelvic Floor Workshop on Saturday April 24th at 10:30am.

The Workshop includes:

-Introduction to the basic physiology of the pelvic floor

-Provides considerations for pregnancy/postpartum people

-Benefits all ages & both men/women

-Review common health concerns like pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, incontinence & pelvic pain

-Discuss common symptoms associated with pelvic floor health like leaking, pressure, queefing, & coning/doming

-Introduce breathing & movement strategies that you can start using right away

-Give you a safe place to try new ways of moving, learning, sharing & thinking

- Provide a short workout or flow to try it all out!
